Governor Doug Ducey signed House Bill 2411 Friday, April 28, stating “because it promotes transparency and participation for all residents in homeowners’ association governance,” says Bob Christie from Associated Press.  House Bill 2411 states that for any closed portion of a meeting, the HOA board is required to make available an agenda that includes a description of the specific exemption that provides the basis for that portion of the meeting to be closed.  Click here to read the full article.
