In our business of providing residential property management services for all types of properties, our clients include homeowner association board of directors along with community residents. We learned early on that our ability to make each client feel valued and appreciated is what continues to set us apart and makes us the community association management company of choice.
Our dedicated Customer Care Centers provide a means for our clients and residents to communicate with us when it’s convenient for them, with expanded daily business hours and emergency after hours service available.
Through our proprietary community management software program, Connect, our highly trained team of customer care specialists is able to immediately access a comprehensive database of information specific to each community we manage. This means answers to residents’ questions — simple or complex — are just a phone call away.
Our goal is to resolve each inquiry at the initial point of contact, and currently, our first call resolution rates exceed the industry average.
When not answering client calls, our customer care representatives respond to inbound e-mail inquiries and are able to initiate friendly reminder calls to residents whose maintenance and assessment payments are late. This allows us to reduce collection times for our clients and is just one of the many ways we provide added value to our clients.
