Strata Management Services
Crosby’s portfolio consists of over 250 strata corporations, representing over 24,000 owners. The company’s extensive experience with major strata projects in the lower mainland, plus its involvement in many of these projects from their inception, have proven most beneficial to client Strata Corporations and their respective councils over the years.

Crosby strata managers are supervised by senior personnel who, having at least 10 years’ experience and managing only a small portfolio of select properties, are always available to guide and assist their co-workers. This gives Crosby clients the advantage of additional experience and input into the management and operation of their Strata Corporations.

Every Crosby strata manager is supported by an administrative assistant. Knowledgeable and important members of the Crosby team, administrative assistants look after many of the time consuming details of strata management, make sure nothing ‘falls between the cracks’ and are a great resource for property owners.

Management of our client’s financial affairs is overseen by a team of seven Certified General Accountants and Crosby’s qualified accounting staff.

• Crosby’s reputation and proven track record, the size of its rental portfolio, its regular print and website advertising, and the close co-operation between its property managers and in-house rental agents provide clients with maximum exposure to potential tenants.
