For this reason we seek to be partners with few. We are not a company that accumulates or consolidates just to increase revenue. We choose to partner with like-minded property management companies, who enjoy outstanding reputations, and who have already built a track record of success and accomplishment, and then – together with them – we bring the ideas, programs, processes, technologies, capital and training to the table. By doing things in this way we add value where and when it is needed, and allow our acquired partners to keep on running the business they founded or led before FirstService Residential Management united with them.
